• Q: How do I place a custom decal order online?
  A: Use our online quotation system and choose the shape, size, quantity, surface options, proof requirement, etc. of the decals you need step by step. Next, you can upload your own images or elements and leave us a note of your personalized decals needs. Finally, submit the order.
• Q: I have no idea about the design of custom decals, can you help me design it?
  A: Of course, we are more than happy to provide free designs for each customer's custom decals.
• Q: Can I add a bar code or QR code to my decals?
  A: Yes, totally fine.
• Q: What if I can't upload my artwork?
  A: Please contact our customer service directly, you can send your artwork by e-mail. Our professional customer service staff will handle your artwork promptly.
• Q: Will you send me the artwork proof of my custom decal after placing the order?
  A: There are two situations here. The first is to arrange production directly without confirming the artwork of the decal, which can save you 2 business production days. The second is to choose the need for free artwork approval. You can directly choose: “start production after artwork approval” in our online quotation system.
• Q: Can I modify my custom decal after the artwork is approved?
  A: Yes, you can make changes. If your decal order has not started production, then you can directly modify the design of the decal. And if your order is already in production, a part of the additional fee will be charged according to the actual situation.
• Q: Can you adjust my design to the actual size I want?
  A: Yes, of course.
• Q: Do you accept returns if I am not satisfied with my custom decals?
  A: We now only accept refunds due to quality problems of the goods themselves, product errors, and shipping damage.
• Q: Can I track my custom decals order?
  A: Yes, we will provide a unique real-time order tracking number so that you can track your decal order.
• Q: When will I receive my order?
  A: Decals.co offers you flexible production cycle options. The minimum delivery time is 2-5 days after final artwork approval.
